Raelene Chacon, M.Ed. (Founder & Owner)

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts & Sciences from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. My academic journey reflects both a passion for discipline and a commitment to understanding human development, behavior, and learning.

I am also a certified QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) with an administrative certificate, and I have fulfilled all coursework requirements to provide document preparation services. In addition, I hold my PTIN for tax preparation, and I have successfully completed the CBEST examination. I am currently pursuing law school pre-admissions, expanding my ability to advocate and serve within the legal field.

Professionally, I have a background in applied behavior therapy, working directly with children on the autism spectrum to develop learning, social, and adaptive skills. I have also served as a substitute teacher and classroom educator, applying both structured instruction and individualized strategies to diverse student populations. My work as a QIDPfurther strengthened my ability to design, oversee, and coordinate individualized support plans in residential and treatment settings.

In addition to education and behavioral health, I have gained experience in finance and administrative services, where accuracy, compliance, and client trust are essential. This combination of disciplines has shaped me into a professional who values precision, structure, and ethical responsibility.

Across all roles, patience has been my guiding strength — whether in therapy sessions with children, managing educational programs, or navigating the complexities of finance and legal processes. I believe that persistence, compassion, and discipline make it possible to break down barriers and achieve meaningful outcomes for those I serve.
